Enter the team, opponent, date and venue, then assign each player's batting order and defensive position. The maker supports a standard nine-player lineup, DH, extra hitters and continuous batting orders of ten or more players. Copy the finished lineup as text for your team chat, or use the print screen to save it as a PDF.
Building the batting order
Consider on-base ability, power, speed and left-right balance. Recreational teams may also want to plan playing time and substitutions in advance.
Check duplicate positions
The app warns when more than one player has the same defensive position. When using a DH or extra hitter, confirm which nine players will take the field.
Follow your league rules
Rules for player count, DH, continuous batting, re-entry and substitutions vary by league. Use the organizer's rules and official lineup form for submission.
Frequently asked questions
Is my lineup sent to a server?
No. It is stored in localStorage in this browser. Browser data can be erased, so copy or save important lineups as a PDF.
Can I create an order with more than nine batters?
Yes. Add up to 20 players. Set players who do not field as DH or EH, subject to your league rules.
Can I share it from my phone?
The copy button creates a text version containing the game details, order, bench and notes. Paste it into the communication app your team uses.
