cKas (the “Site”) handles user information according to the following policy.
Data entered into our tools
Daily reports, fitness test results, pitching videos, household budget entries, baby care logs and other content entered or saved in the Site's tools are generally stored in the browser you are using and are not sent automatically to the Site's server. Data may be lost if browser data is cleared, the device fails or the app is removed.
Baby care family sharing
When you choose family sharing, care entries, recorder nicknames and childcare settings are encrypted in your browser and stored on our server. Optional breastfeeding amounts and durations are included. Shared settings include birthday, feeding method, formula reminder interval and custom plans with their start times, daily/weekly/monthly repetition, enabled state and acknowledgements. Display settings, notification permission and device delivery history remain local.
An administrator issues a single-use, 12-character family code that is valid for 10 minutes. Administrator approval is required by default and can be switched on or off for new requests. When approval is required, records are unavailable until approval. The decryption key is encrypted in the browser using the code before delivery to the approved device. Share codes and links only with family. Old invitation links no longer admit new members.
The server stores encrypted joining information and applicant nicknames, code and credential hashes, member identifiers, roles, join times, approval preferences, request states and expiry times. Hashed client IP addresses and request counts are stored to limit misuse. Joined members can view and edit shared entries and settings. Administrators can approve or reject requests, remove members, transfer administration and revoke codes. Shared data remains until the last member explicitly deletes the shared space. Removal does not erase local copies; exports and routine backups may remain after deletion. Offline changes remain on the device and are sent when the page is open and connected.
Information you should not enter
Do not enter personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for a feature, such as a third party's address, phone number, private email address, employee ID or non-public customer information. Keep entries to the minimum needed and consider using an identifier instead of a person's name.
Access information
For security and troubleshooting, the Site's server may record IP addresses, access times, referring pages, browser information and requested pages in access logs. We use this information only as needed to operate the Site.
Cookies and advertising
The home and favorites screens display ads from Ninja AdMax (Ninja Tools Inc.). Ninja Tools and its partners may use cookies and collect information such as your IP address, page URL, browser and device information for ad delivery and measurement. See the Ninja Tools Cookie Policy for details.
The Site may display advertising from third-party providers such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this Site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. See Google's advertising policies for more information.
When serving ads in regions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Site will use consent management appropriate to the applicable law and region, including a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP).
External services
The Site may retrieve public libraries from a CDN for features such as daily report PDF generation. Information required for communication, including your IP address, is sent to the library provider, but the Site does not intentionally send the contents of your daily report. The privacy policy of each external site applies when you follow an external link.
Reservation and order reception
Business names, descriptions, public contacts, menus, prices, slots and stock are displayed on customer reception pages. Customer names, contact information and notes are sent to our server to receive requests and let the business manage them, and are encrypted at rest. Reference numbers, selections, times, quantities, totals and status are also stored. The server decrypts personal information to display it to a business holding its management key or a customer holding that request's confirmation link.
Credentials are stored as hashes on the server. Browser storage holds management and confirmation credentials for reconnection. Keep these keys and links private. Hashed client IP addresses and request counts are recorded to limit misuse. Requests become eligible for deletion 180 days after receipt and are deleted on the next access; public business settings remain stored. Exports, local copies and routine server backups may retain information.
Exporting and sharing
You are responsible for managing exported JSON files, printouts and saved PDFs. Sharing a PDF or video begins through your device's sharing feature only when you choose to share it.
