利用規約

この規約は、cKas（以下「当サイト」）が提供するWebツールの利用条件を定めます。利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで当サイトを利用するものとします。

提供内容

当サイトは、日報作成、体力測定の採点、投球速度の推定、取引リスクの計算、家計簿、体重・育児記録、家族共有、日報PDFの承認などを補助する機能を提供します。計算結果や作成物は入力値と端末環境に依存するため、利用者自身で内容を確認してください。

免責事項

当サイトは、情報と計算結果の正確性、完全性、継続提供を保証しません。学校・大会の公式判定、医療上の判断、投資判断、勤務先への正式提出などでは、各機関の基準と原資料を確認してください。当サイトの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害について、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 当サイトや第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 過度なアクセス、解析妨害、不正アクセスなど運営を妨げる行為
• 第三者の個人情報や機密情報を必要なく入力する行為

家族共有

家族コードは共有する家族だけに渡してください。管理者は参加申請を確認し、必要に応じて承認設定や参加メンバーを管理してください。共有された記録・設定は参加した家族が閲覧・編集できます。参加解除で相手の端末の保存済みデータを削除することはできません。必要な記録はCSVなどで保存してください。予定・通知は端末や通信状況により届かない場合があります。

予約・注文の受付

申込は受付待ちとして送信され、事業者が受付状況を更新します。価格・支払方法・受渡し条件・変更や取消については受付ページの事業者へご確認ください。事業者は公開するメニュー・予約枠・在庫・連絡先を確認し、管理キーと申込情報を適切に管理してください。申込情報の保存期間は受付から180日です。必要な情報は期間内にCSVなどで保存してください。

変更・停止

機能、掲載内容、本規約は必要に応じて変更または停止する場合があります。重要な変更はこのページで案内します。

Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the web tools provided by cKas (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Services provided

The Site provides tools that assist with preparing daily reports, scoring fitness tests, estimating pitching speed calculating trading risk, household accounts, weight and baby care records, family sharing, and daily report PDF approval. Results and generated documents depend on your inputs and device environment, so you are responsible for reviewing them.

Disclaimer

The Site does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its information and calculations, or uninterrupted availability. For official school or competition results, medical decisions, investment decisions, and formal workplace submissions, consult the relevant standards and original records. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Prohibited conduct

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Conduct that infringes the rights of the Site or any third party
• Excessive requests, interference with analysis, unauthorized access or other disruption of Site operations
• Entering a third party's personal or confidential information without a valid need

Family sharing

Send family codes only to intended family members. Administrators should review requests and manage approval settings and membership. Joined members can view and edit shared data. Removing a member does not erase their local copies. Export important records, for example as CSV. Plans and notifications may be missed depending on device and connection conditions.

Reservation and order reception

Requests are submitted as pending, and the business updates their status. Check prices, payment and fulfillment arrangements, changes and cancellations with the business on the reception page. Businesses should review published menus, slots, stock and contacts, and manage keys and customer information appropriately. Request information is retained for 180 days after receipt; export important information within that period.

Changes and suspension

Features, published content and these terms may be changed or suspended when necessary. Material changes will be announced on this page.
